Delicious Mexican Corn Bread Recipe

   Mix Jiffy corn bread mix according to package directions.

   Add in one large can cream style corn.

   Brown hamburger meat and minced onion.

   Drain off excess liquid.

   Put half of batter in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

   Layer the hamburger meat on top of this.

   Next put 1 layer of grated cheddar cheese on top of the meat mix.

   Next put a slice of Velveeta cheese on top of the grated cheese.

   Make sure which you cover the whole pan with the Velveeta cheese.

    Pour the rest of the batter on top of the cheese meat mix.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.

    Let sit for a couple of min before slicing as this will allow the cheese time to set.
