Delicious Italian Style Trifle

   Pour coffee mixture into a flat dish and dip sponge slices to moisten.

   Place one slice into the bottom of a round serving bowl.

   Beat Philly*, egg yolks, cream and sugar in a large bowl until smooth.

   Pour half the mixture onto the sponge slice; top with second sponge, remaining Philly* mixture and the last sponge.

   Chill for 1-2 hours or overnight, then serve dusted with cocoa.
