If your potatoes don't cook and your running low on sauce in pan and it starts sticking add a little water about a 1/4 cup of water and add 4 more table spoons of barbecue sauce .

Stir and cover with with a lid and let it cook when potatoes are cooked.

Take off heat let it stand for 15 min covered .
