Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and let it sit During that time, mix the mayonnaise and soy sauce together.

Cut long strips of bacon in half to make 8 strips!

Each strip should be about 10cm.

Stretch out the dough into an ellipse and lightly spread on the mayonnaise and soy sauce dressing.

Place the bacon on top and roll it up from the left.

The bacon slides around easily when rolling it up, so please roll it up while holding it down with your finger.

Form it into this shape, and let it rise for the second time until it doubles in size.

It will rise nicely if you place it into a slightly warmed oven for an hour.

After rising, brush the surface with a bit of the whisked egg and water leftover from kneading it.

Slice a slit into the top and sprinkle with pepper.

Bake at 190C for about 15 minutes.

After it has baked for about 6 minutes, squeeze the mayonnaise and soy sauce dressing into the slit, and place it back into the oven!

It is done once it turns golden brown.

If you put the mayonnaise and soy sauce into a plastic bag, close it off with a rubber band, and then poke a hole in the bottom with a toothpick, you will easily be able to squeeze it into the cut slits on top of the breads.
