Deep Fried Snickers Bar.

   Turn on fryer and heat to 350AF

   Lightly dampen one side of the tortilla gently with your fingers

   Place tortilla on counter damp side up and put snickers bar in the center

   Tightly but gently roll snickers bar into the tortilla like a burrito careful not to tear the tortilla

   Put rolled snickers into freezer for 30 minutes

   Remove rolled snickers from the freezer and fry for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes until golden brown

   Place snickers on plate and sprinkle brown sugar/cinnamon on top.

   Drizzle chocolate and caramel all over and top with whipped cream

   Sprinkle caramelized pecans over top

    Serve with ice cream or own it's own it's a great dessert.
