Deep Fried Shrimp – a delicious recipe with Shrimp, Egg, Milk, Flour, Cajun Seasoning, Bay Seasoning. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Peel and devein shrimp.

Leave tail shell on.

(If shrimp is extra large or jumbo butterfly them)

Mix egg and milk in large bowl.

Add shrimp to bowl.

Mix remaining dry ingredients in another large bowl.

Take a few shrimp at a time from the egg/milk mixture and coat with the dry coating.

Place coated shrimp on a plate to rest.

After 5 minutes return all the shrimp to the dry ingredients and coat again.

Heat oil to 350F in a deep fryer or heavy pan.

In small batches shake off excess dry coating and deep fry for 2-3 minutes.

Drain on plate covered with a paper towel.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
