Make ice cream balls and wrap in plastic wrap. Place into the freezer for 24 hours so they are very hard.

The next day: Pour cereal into a shallow dish. Mix the eggs, sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.

Remove one ice cream ball from the freezer and unwrap it; roll in the cereal, then in the egg mixture and back in the cereal. Repeat this until ice cream is fully coated. Work quickly so the ice cream does not get too soft. Return to freezer when fully coated and do the same with the second ball

Leave both in the freezer for one hour until they are very hard again.

Heat a deep fryer to 350 degrees. Fry ice cream for 15 seconds. Serve with whipped cream.
