Bisquick baking mix plus 1/2 c. water; 1 c. lowfat sour cream (I use plain yogurt); 1-2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese; 1 pkg. taco seasoning; 1-2 med. tomatoes, minced; 1/2 c. minced green pepper or possibly chilies to taste

1 pound grnd beef
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 onion, minced
1/2 c. water
2 c. Bisquick baking mix plus 1/2 c. water
1 c. lowfat sour cream (I use plain yogurt)
1-2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1-2 med. tomatoes, minced
1/2 c. minced green pepper or possibly chilies to taste

I make a recipe of biscuit dough: 2 c. flour, 3 tsp.

baking pwdr, 1/2 tsp.

salt, 1/4 c. shortening, and 3/4 c. lowfat milk.

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Brown beef, add in onion, saute/fry, add in taco seasoning and water.

Make up biscuit dough.

Pat into a greased 9x13 inch pan.

Pressing dough 1/2 inch up sides, layer beef, minced tomatoes, green pepper.

Mix mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream, pour over top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake till edges are light brown, 25-30 min.

I omit peppers and use fresh green chilies.
