Decadent Fat-Free Chocolate Cake

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Spray a 9 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.

   In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

   In a medium bowl, beat together with a fork for 1 minute the sugar and water. Add the egg whites and water.

   Blend ingredients and add to dry ingredients in the large bowl.

   Mix until smooth.

   Pour into pan and bake 35 minutes.
