Ingredients: ½ cup Bourbon; ½ cup coffee; three 15oz cans tomato sauce; four large tomatoes; 1 lb ground beef; 1 lb Italian sausage; one package bacon; three ear of corn; one leek; one red pepper; one bundle green onion; one yellow onion; two head of garlic; five jalapeno pepper; one 15oz can black beans; one 15oz can garbanzo beans; one 15oz can adzuki beans; 2 tablespoons chili powder; 1 tablespoon cumin powder; 1 tablespoon toasted and ground szechuan peppercorns; 3 teaspoons turmeric; 3 teaspoons paprika; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon ground black peppercorns; 1 teaspoon ground coriander; 1 teaspoon ground cardamom

½ cup Bourbon
½ cup coffee

one package bacon

five jalapeno pepper
one 15oz can black beans
one 15oz can garbanzo beans
one 15oz can adzuki beans
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon toasted and ground szechuan peppercorns
3 teaspoons turmeric
3 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black peppercorns
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cardamom

Remove seeds from jalapenos and red pepper.

Dice all vegetables and add to large pot (at medium low heat) along with all liquids, spices, and legumes (rinse legumes before adding).

Cook bacon in separate pan until semi-cooked, then add Italian sausage and beef--cook until browned, and mash into small pieces, discarding liquid as it accumulates.

Add meat to pot with sauce and vegetables, cover and simmer for at least 45 minutes.

After cooking, add another shot or two of bourbon.
