1 lb. ground beef
3 c. water
chili powder to taste
1 beef bouillon cube
4 potatoes, large cube
3 carrots, sliced
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 large can chopped tomatoes or can of Ro-Tel
Worcestershire sauce to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Put browned beef in large stew pot.

Add all ingredients at once and cook on low simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until potatoes are tender.

Can add other vegetables, corn, cauliflower, green beans, okra and broccoli.
