Dark Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cookies

   2. Combine the sugars, peanut butter, water, oil, vanilla, egg whites, and egg in a large bowl, beating with a mixer at medium speed until smooth.

   3. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Add flour mixture to peanut butter mixture, stirring just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
