Dark Chocolate Brownie With Pistachio

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Melt the chocolate and the butter over low heat.

   In a medium-sized bowl, beat the eggs. Add the granulated sugar and mix . Add the flour and stir.

   Add the melted chocolate/butter mixture.

   Stir in 2/3 of the pistachios.

   Pour into a silicone mold or a mold lined with parchment paper.

   Crush remaining pistachios and sprinkle on top.

   Bake for 20 to 25 minutes depending on how cooked you like it.

   Let cool before serving.
