Ingredients: 2 whole Sirloin Steaks; Rapeseed Oil, For Cooking; 1 bottle (12 Oz. Bottle) Your Favourite Dark Ale (I Use 'Old Peculiar'); ⅓ cups Soy Sauce; ⅓ cups Dijon Mustard; 1 whole Lemon, Juiced; 4 cloves Garlic, Minced; 1/2 whole White Onion, Chopped; 2 teaspoons Your Favourite Hot Sauce (I Use Chipotle Tabasco); 1 teaspoon Sea Salt; 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

2 whole Sirloin Steaks
Rapeseed Oil, For Cooking
1 bottle (12 Oz. Bottle) Your Favourite Dark Ale (I Use 'Old Peculiar')
⅓ cups Soy Sauce
⅓ cups Dijon Mustard
1 whole Lemon, Juiced
4 cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 whole White Onion, Chopped
2 teaspoons Your Favourite Hot Sauce (I Use Chipotle Tabasco)
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

In a deep bowl, hand whisk together the marinade ingredients.

Set aside.

Trim and slice the steak into strips approximately 1/2 1 inch thick.

Place the steak into the marinade in the bowl and cover with cling film.

Place the bowl into the fridge and marinate for approximately 6 hours.

After 6 hours, heat some rapeseed oil in a pan.

Remove the marinated steak from the bowl and cook until well done.

Or, however you like your steak.
