Daddy's Kielbasa Stuff

   Chop kielbasa into bite sized pieces

   In a large nonstick skillet, saute kielbasa over low heat.

   Add clove, onion, paprika while cooking, to taste.

   When kielbasa is browned, add tomato sauce and red wine.

   Mix until it's well combined.

   Add oregano, brown sugar, and other spices to taste.

   Simmer over low heat until sauce has thickened to desired consistency.

   Serve over pasta, egg noodles or rice.

   Sprinkle parmesean cheese to taste.
