1/4 c butter
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 c chicken broth
1 c heavy whipping cream
2 tbl sherry
1 pkg spaghetti (~12 oz. more is ok.)
2 c turkey (or chicken) cubed
3 oz mushrooms
1/2 c grated parmesan (plus 1/2 c shredded on top)
