Basting Free Whole Roasted Turkey

   ["1) Hold wingsof turkey to side of breast and cut a 1"" horizontal slit all the way through skin about 2"" lower than tip of wing in breast skin. Inesrt wing tip through slit to hold wings next to breast during cooking.", "2)Place turkey on a rack in a roasting pan(disposable foil pan ok), breast side up and coat all over with Hellman's Real Mayonnaise(except bottom)", "3)Mix dried herbs and rub between palms to crush all over", "bird.", "4)Crack black pepper over.", "5) Set up round kettle,charcoal or gas grill(indirect method) or standard gas grill(burners lit on one side only and place turkey in pan on grate(not over direct flames) and reduce heat to low, 300 degrees.", "6)Roast for 15 min. per pound.
