Dad's famous leftover chili pie!

   preheat oven 350'

   cook one pie bottom until almost golden.

   remove/cool.

   fill with room temp or colder leftover chili.

   use milk around edges and add other bottom to the top and make air tight with fork.

   slit a small design for air in the middle.

   cover with tin foil and freeze for later or cook right away(until top crust is golden, about 15-20mins) if you freeze it then add another half hour or more at the same temp.
