Dad'S Broccoli And Beef Casserole

   Cook broccoli just until tender; drain.

   Fry beef until well done.

   Rinse with hot water and drain again.

   Add rice and seasonings.

   Stir until mixed.

   Put half of broccoli in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.

   Layer 1/2 of beef and rice, cottage cheese, rest of beef and rice and rest of broccoli.

   Spread soup over top and sprinkle with the cheese.

   Bake uncovered at 350u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
