Poke brats several times with a fork. Make small slit in each end of brat and wrap one slice of bacon around the brat tucking the ends into the slits to secure. Place the wrapped brats in a large bowl and cover with beer. Place in fridge overnight.

Also night before in medium bowl combine all salsa ingredients, cover and refrigerate over night.

Game Day

Drain brats and take along with salsa, buns, coals and grill to game. Heat coals to glowing. Cook brats 15 to 20 minutes turning often to prevent burning but to crisp brat and bacon. Right before serving place buns face down on grill approx 30 seconds to toast. Serve with salsa and a beer (except for designated driver). Go Bears!!
