D'Alessio'S Anise Delights

   In large pot, mix sugar, sweet butter, eggs, flour, baking powder, anise, salt and oil until it becomes dough.

   Take out of pot and knead the dough on the table.

   (Put flour on table.)

   Take small pieces and roll in your hands like a snake and shape into a hill.

   Place cookies on nonstick cookie sheet.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes (no longer).
