2 teaspoon curry pwdr
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can (14 1/2 ounce.) chicken broth

Cook rice, onion and green pepper in heated butter over medium heat in a large frying pan, stirring till onion is soft and lightly browned.

Fold in garlic and curry pwdr.

Transfer rice mix to a greased shallow 2 to 2 1/2 qt casserole.

Cover, bake at 400 degrees till rice is nearly tender.
