Cucumber Salad – a delicious recipe with cucumbers, salt, black pepper, green pepper, sugar, vinegar. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Servings: persons

2 large cucumbers
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 green pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. water
1 small onion
1 tsp. paprika
sour cream

Peel cukes, slice or grate, also the onion.

Sprinkle with salt and set aside for 1 hour.

Squeeze a few at a time (discarding liquid).

Pour the vinegar, water, sugar, black pepper and green pepper and mix thoroughly. Add enough sour cream to make it a bit soupy. Sprinkle paprika on top before serving.
