Cucumber Salad

   Grate cucumbers and sprinkle with salt.

   Set aside to season for 5 to 10 minutes.

   Rinse cucumbers with water to remove salt. Drain as well as possible.

   Add a small amount of mayonnaise and sugar to cucumbers to taste.

   Place in refrigerator to chill for approximately 30 minutes.

   Cucumbers make lots of liquid but they can be drained.
