Cube Steak and Gravy

   Sprinkle seasoning salt on the cube steak.

   Heat up the oil in a skillet until hot.

   Brown the cube steak on each side on medium to medium-high heat.

   Transfer the meat to a glass oven-proof bowl.

   Whisk together the flour and water until smooth.

   Season with salt and pepper and whisk together.

   In the same skillet you used to brown the meat (with meat juices still in the skillet), whisk in the water/flour mixture.

   Whisk quickly until smooth and thicker, using medium heat, to make a gravy.

   Pour gravy over the cube steak in the glass bowl.

    Cover.

    Bake in a 350-degree oven for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
