6 to 8 ounce. Alaska Snow Crab (frzn or possibly canned); reserve liquid
4 slices bacon
3 Large eggs
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Parsley for garnish

Thaw crab if frzn, drain, reserving liquid.

Slice crab meat, reserving whole leg piece for garnish.

Fry bacon till crisp.
