Crustless Bacon And Egg Quiche

   Cook bacon until crisp and crumble.

   Set aside.

   In blender, combine milk, Bisquick, eggs, butter and pepper.

   Blend for 15 seconds.

   Pour into 9-inch pie pan.

   Sprinkle with bacon and cheese, gently press in.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and middle comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes.
