Crunchy Baked Chicken

   Combine oil, sea salt, garlic and paprika.

   Brush chicken pieces with mixture, then roll in wheat germ.

   Place, skin side down, in a shallow baking pan and brush each piece again with the oil mixture.

   Bake in a 350u00b0 oven until brown.

   Turn each piece and bake until brown and tender.
