Crummy Chicken

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Combing the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the bread crumb mixture.

   Set aside.

   Melt one stick of butter.

   Dip chicken pieces into the melted butter.

   Coat the chicken well with the bread crumb mixture.

   Place into a 13x9 baking dish and continue until all of the chicken pieces are coated with the bread crumb mixture.

   DO NOT OVERLAP.

   Dot chicken with pieces of remaining butter and bake for 1 hour.

    Do not turn during baking.
