1 green pepper, chopped
12 onion, chopped
4 roma tomatoes, diced
1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon meat tenderizer
salt & pepper
1 (10 ounce) package egg noodles

Take the steak and sprinkle the tenderizer on it and beat with a meat tenderizer.

cut meat into 1in cubes.

mix meat, sauce, tomaties, green pepper, onion, italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt & pepper in crock pot.
