1 can Diced Tomatoes (28 Ounces)
1 can (15 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
2 cans Cannellini Or Northern Beans (15.5 Ounces Each)
5 cloves Garlic, Peeled And Grated
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Dried Basil
1/4 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Or More To Taste
32 ounces, fluid Chicken Broth
32 ounces, fluid Beef Broth
10 ounces, weight Diatelli Pasta
Optional Garnish: Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Spray a large (7 quart) crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large non-stick skillet, cook the sausage over medium high heat until browned (break apart using your spatula).

Place cooked sausage into the crock pot.

Add bacon to skillet and cook until extra crispy; add bacon and drippings into crock pot as well.

Next, add celery, carrots, onion, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, cannellini beans, and garlic into the crock pot.

Stir in seasonings (salt, garlic powder, parsley, oregano, basil, and crushed red pepper).

Lastly, stir in chicken and beef broth.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.

At about 30 minutes before serving, add the pasta and allow it to cook in the crock pot.

If you want a thick soup add the full 16 ounce box (thats how we like ours!).

If you want it more soupy just add half a box (8 ounces).

Top with some freshly grated parmesan cheese and serve with a nice crusty white bread for dunking.
