1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c diced onion
1 c Panko breadcrumbs
2 tsp spicy mustard
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 c ketchup
dash salt & pepper

Spray crockpot with Pam. Place two slices of bread (ends work good) in the bottom to absorb the fat from the meat). Combine all ingredients except 1/4 c ketchup. Shape into loaf and place in crock. Spread remaining ketchup on top.
