1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 each sweet red bell peppers sliced

1 each chicken
1 x cinnamon stick or ground
1 x curry powder
1 x cumin ground
1 x turmeric
6 ounces mushrooms sliced
8 ounces tomatoes
1/2 cup red wine
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup water

Brown bell pepper, onion, mushrooms and garlic in oil in skillet.

Place whole chicken in crockpot; add seasonings and vegetables, topping with vegetables from skillet.

Add water to cornstarch and salt and stir to a paste, then add to crockpot mixture and cook until slightly thickened and bubbly.
