Crockpot Cheesy Chicken and Potatoes

   Place potatoes in bottom of crockpot.

   Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.

   Place chicken and carrots on top of potatoes.

   In a small bowl, whisk together soup and chicken broth until smooth.

   Pour over chicken.

   Cover and cook on low for 56 hours.

   Remove chicken, potatoes and carrots with a slotted spoon (leaving liquid in pot) and place in a serving dish.

   Turn crockpot to high and stir in cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce.

   Cook until cheese is completely melted and mixture is smooth, about 1015 minutes).

    Spoon cheese sauce over chicken and potatoes before serving.
