1 cup brown sugar (lightly packed)
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups rice crispies cereal
1-1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup whipping cream
whole milk
1/3 cup icing sugar

Cream butter and sugars till fluffy.

Stir into creamed mixture.

Form into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.

Cool and drizzle Caramel Icing over cookies.

Caramel Icing: In small pan mix sugar and cream.

Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for one minute.
