Crispy Crunchy Kale Chips

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Remove the ends of the stems of the kale; rinse.

   Make sure the kale leaves are dryuse either a salad spinner or a towel.

   Tear the leaves into bite size pieces.

   Place the dried kale leaves into a mixing bowl.

   Pour the olive oil and massage into the leaves well.

   Place leaves on a baking sheet; you might need to divide them between two baking sheets.

   Sprinkle the leaves with a generous amount of coarse sea salt and place them into the oven.

   Bake for 15-20 minutes until the leaves are crunchy.
