Mix all of the pizza crust ingredients together well and gather the dough into a ball.

How to make the pizza sauce: Heat up 1 tablespoon of oilve oil and 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic until they become fragrant in a frying pan.

Next: Add 400 g of the tinned chopped tomatoes to the pan and simmer for 15 minutes on a low heat.
