Crisp Pizza Crust(Pizza Hut'S)

   Mix sugar, oil and yeast in water.

   Let stand a few minutes. Add salt and 4 cups flour.

   Mix well.

   Raise 1/2 hour.

   Add remaining flour and knead well.

   Make a bread dough.

   Rise 10 minutes, uncovered.

   Form into balls and flatten with palm.

   Rise 10 minutes.

    Put into lightly oiled pans.

    Press up onto sides. Brush with oil and prick with a fork (completely).

    Add sauce, cheese, etc.

    Bake at 450u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Makes dough for 3 or 4 pizzas.
