Creme Bruhlee Pie

   300-350 degrees.

   Pie crust for 10-15 minutes, be sure to add pie weight

   In medium heat, put milks and vanilla in pan turn to simmer when heats.

   Cool for 30 min if needed

   Whisk 4 yolks max plus one egg and 6 tablespoons sugar Max (prefer 5) and pinch of salt.

   Add whisked mixture in milk, be sure put heat on simmer and whisk

   Take out pie crust, turn to 300F

   Pour custard through mesh sieve , whisk again the pour into pie crust

   Oven bake for 30 minutes 300F

    Till wobbly in center, cool for hour

    Before serving add two tablespoons of sugar, broil in oven for 2-3 minutes
