Creamy Tomato Vodka Sauce

   Cook bacon, garlic and onion in oil in a large frypan over medium heat until bacon is lightly browned.

   Drain fat.

   Stir IN cream, vodka and tomato paste.

   Reduce heat and simmer 5-8 minutes or until heated through.

   Cook pasta according to package directions.

   Drain.

   Toss with sauce, top with Parmesan and serve.
