1. In a food processor combine garlic, onion and basil until very finely chopped.

2. Add in tin of tomatoes, chicken soup base then whip cream.

3. Continue food processor until well blended. Be sure not to overblend otherwise whip cream will begin to thicken.

4. Add some water if the soup is too thick for your liking.

5.Heat the desired portion(s) over the stove or in the microwave.

Suggestion: If you only have a small food processor, do the first step as usual but for the second and third steps, split them up (add some tomatoes and some whip cream) then empty 1/2 the contents into a large bowl. Continue this process until all the ingredients are mixed together (in the big bowl).
