Creamy Sweet Tea

   Bring 4 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan.

   Remove from heat and add the tea bags.

   Let steep, stirring twice, for 4 minutes.

   Discard the tea bags and let the tea cool.

   Stir the condensed milk into the iced tea concentrate (the more milk you use, the sweeter the tea will be).

   Serve over ice.
