Creamy Sweet Potato Pie

   Peel sweet potatoes and boil until done.

   Let cool.

   Place potatoes in large bowl and mix until smooth, adding butter and sugar.

   Beat in eggs one at a time.

   Add nutmeg, salt and milk. Mix well.

   Pour into unbaked pie crusts.

   Preheat oven to 425u00b0. Bake pies for 20 minutes.

   Lower heat to 325u00b0 and bake for 30 to 45 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
