1 tbsp. butter
2 1/4 c. water

2 c. lowfat milk
8 ounce. med. shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 tbsp. dry sherry
3/4 teaspoon salt, optional
2 tbsp. flour
1 green onion with top, cut into short thin strips

Cook onion in butter in large saucepan for 3 min.

Add in water and contents of rice and seasoning packets.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer 8 min.

Stir in 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk, shrimp, sherry and salt.

Gradually add in remaining 1/2 c. lowfat milk to flour, stirring till smooth.

Stir into soup.

Cook over medium heat till soup is thickened and shrimp is opaque, stirring occasionally, about 5 min.
