1 pound Sausage, Sliced 1/2 Inch Thick (Turkey Or Your Favorite)
1- 1/2 cup Onion, Diced
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
1/2 cups Milk Or Heavy Cream
8 ounces, weight Egg Noodles
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/2 teaspoons Pepper
1- 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add sausage and onion and cook until onions soften, about 4 minutes.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds longer.

Add chicken broth, tomatoes, milk (or heavy cream), noodles, salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low.

Simmer for about 15 minutes, until noodles are tender.
