Creamy Potato Bake

   Cook and mash potatoes as usual.

   Salt (but don't use butter). Add cream cheese and beaten egg.

   Add green onion and parsley. Beat well; transfer to well-greased 2 1/2 or 3-quart casserole dish.

   Dot with butter.
