1 lb Cooked Hamburger or Chicken Breast cooked and cut into bite size pieces
1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Velveeta)
1 cup Cream Style Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes (optional)
1 tbsp Butter, Melted
