Creamy lemon chicken

   Flatten chicken breast to make even.

   Dip in egg then in bread crumbs.

   Places chicken in a pan with olive oil and butter.

   Brown each side.

   Slice lemon and cover each breast with the slices of lemon and a slice of cheese.

   Place the chicken in a dish and cover completly with heavy whipping cream.

   Cover and let cook in the oven for 40 minutes on 350
