1/4 cup chopped onion
1 lb kielbasa, sliced in quarter inch pieces
3/4 cup dry white wine
6 ounces chopped portabella mushrooms
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon paprika
1 bay leaf
2 1/2 cups water
16 ounces sauerkraut, drained
8 ounces sour cream

In saucepan, cook bacon and mushrooms together. Cook until bacon is crisp, sauteing mushrooms at the same time.
