1/2 cups Chopped Onion
16 ounces, weight Egg Noodles (I Do Half White, Half Wheat)
15 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
10 ounces, fluid Tomato Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoons Pepper
2 cups Shredded Colby Jack Or Casserole Cheese, Divided Use

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat with chopped onions.

Combine all of the remaining ingredients (except the noodles and 1 cup of shredded colby jack cheese) in the meat skillet.

Stir on low heat until cream cheese is melted and creamy.

Put the mixture into a 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Add remaining 1 cup cheese to the top and bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes.
